How we adhere to regulations

We provide regulators with information including financial and statistical data which gives them assurance of our compliance to standards.

Our policies are developed in line with all relevant regulation and legislation.

Our board receive assurance throughout the year to support them in ensuring compliance with all regulation.

The Regulator of Social Housing asks all registered providers to produce a value for money self-assessment and this can be found on our corporate performance page and our annual financial statements in our transparency pages.
